Grant Hamilton named president of Quebec wing of Duke of Edinburgh's Award Program
May 25, 2011

Montreal – Anglocom president Grant Hamilton, CT, has been named president of the Quebec division of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a recognition program for youth aged 14 to 25.

“The program empowers youth in four main ways—through community service, personal skill development, physical recreation, and adventure travel. In this it is a good reflection of Anglocom’s values,” said Mr. Hamilton. “Confidence, self-discovery, perseverance, and responsibility are the foundations of success, in worklife and in everyday life.”

Ambitious goals

At the annual general meeting in Montreal on May 24, Mr. Hamilton set out ambitious goals for the program this year: financial consolidation, program development in francophone schools, and enhanced support for the office staff.
