We had certain qualities in mind when we went looking for a client service coordinator. Things like friendliness (to continue our tradition of welcome), initiative (to anticipate needs rather than react to them), unflappability (because flapping has never done much good in a crisis), and of course, intelligence (because it takes a keen mind to meet our clients’ high standards).
And boy, did we ever hit the jackpot with Sarah-Kristel! (Yes, you may shorten it to Sarah.) Here was a woman who had not only traveled the world to broaden her horizons, but had learned English, German, and a smattering of Spanish while doing so. And now she was back home from Berlin, the Rockies, and Australia, looking for a new challenge.
