“ If you love to travel, translation is a wonderful way to discover the world and share it with others. ”
Violet Kutniowski
Certified French-to-English Translator

Here's a woman who will never run out of words! Born in Ontario to Polish parents, not only was Violet Kutniowski already speaking English and Polish as a young girl, but she would later add French, German, and Russian to her repertoire! Her love of languages took her all the way to Russia and Germany to study. Returning to Ontario's University of Waterloo in the 1980s for graduate studies, she tried her hand at teaching and added translation to her list of professional pursuits.

Violet's professional focus turned more decidedly to English when she moved to Quebec City in 1990 and began working as an ESL teacher. Freelancing on the side, she soon also had a roster of regular translation clients. She made the jump to Anglocom in 1999, bringing her knowledge, expertise, and ready friendliness to the growing Anglocom team.
